Lake Pre-Mix concrete was established in 1980 by Steve Lafrenz.  With over 20 years of experience in the concrete industry at the time, and a desire to raise a family in the beautiful town of Sandpoint, our company was started.  At our old location, across from Sandpoint Super Drug, Lake Pre-Mix provided concrete for such notable projects as the Sandpoint Long Bridge, Schweitzer Mountain Resort, and the construction of the Bonner Mall.  In the early 90's, Lake Pre-Mix moved it's location to where we currently reside at 1430 N. Boyer.  Since then we have continued to provide the area with local concrete.  In 2012, Steve's Son, A.J. Lafrenz, took over day to day operations of the company, with Steve continuing as the president.  We look forward to continuing to provide concrete and aggregate to Sandpoint and the surrounding areas.  Our family thanks you for choosing the local company for your concrete needs!
